Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering from Opened Word. Here is what to expect once your order is placed.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 7–11 days from the date your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during holidays, peak periods, or carrier and customs delays.

Shipping rates

Orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of [$4.99], shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after you receive it.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the US only. 

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
